Who We Are
KWC Fabricated Products, Inc. was formed from the partnership of two companies - Cobra Seating and KW Leather - both established in Waterloo, Ontario in the 1990s. Between them, decades of precision textile manufacturing, deep trade expertise, and a shared conviction: that Canada deserves a world-class cut and sew manufacturer, not a broker reselling overseas work.
We combined our facilities, equipment, and teams into a single 10,000 sq. ft. (expanding to 20,000 sq. ft.) operation on Colby Drive in Waterloo. The result is a manufacturer with the range to supply military programs, healthcare equipment producers, vehicle conversion companies, and industrial manufacturers, and the capability to build a national pool cover product line from the same floor.
A Single Source for Programs That Require Consistency
Most cut and sew shops are generalists serving whoever walks through the door. We are a contract manufacturer. That means long-term relationships, stable pricing, program planning, and the production discipline that comes from building the same product thousands of times.
Our CNC robotic cutting system holds the same tolerance from the first piece to the thousandth. Our industrial sewing lines are built for volume, not variety. We are set up for programs, and we build everything in Canada.

Our facility on Colby Drive in Waterloo houses our full operation: CNC cutting, industrial sewing, quality inspection, and shipping, all under one roof. Currently 10,000 sq. ft., expanding to 20,000 sq. ft. within the next 6 months specifically to support new and growing programs. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is imported. If it leaves our facility, we built it.

Federal and provincial procurement programs frequently require Canadian content. As the manufacturer - not a distributor or broker - every product is designed, cut, and sewn in our Waterloo facility. We can support Canadian Content certification requirements for qualifying programs.
